You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise, with invoice, for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied, with the following exceptions. CDs that have been unwrapped cannot be returned. Undergarments may not be returned. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
To obtain a return authorization, e-mail us at info@guppieboutique.com. Please reference your order number, the item you are requesting to return and the reason for the return. We will contact you within 24 hours with your return authorization number and instructions on returning the product.
Coupons
One guppie boutique coupon may be used per order. Coupons are only valid through the designated expiration date. Certain coupons are single-use only and are not transferable. Phil & Ted strollers are excluded from all coupon promotions.
Guppie Boutique Gift Cards
Guppie Gift Cards do not expire and may be used toward any purchase. Customers activating gift cards will be issued a store credit in the amount of the gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged in full or part for cash and may be applied toward guppie boutique merchandise and shipping only.
Shipping
In-stock items ordered prior to 12pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Items ordered after 12pm PST will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders with 2 day shipping will be shipped priority mail via the USPS.
Backorders
Customers will be notified the status of a backordered item, within one business day. The customer may choose to cancel their order, or wait for the back-ordered item. In-stock items will be shipped according to the above shipping policy.
